This year at FachPack 2024, we are presenting an innovative carton erector at our booth that impresses with a range of useful features – just as you expect from Wächter Packautomatik, but with added flexibility through custom adaptations.

The machine separates flat carton blanks from a storage magazine, applies hot glue in-line, and forms them into a classic tray for a dairy company – with a performance of up to 50 pieces per minute. A special highlight: The erector can process two different carton formats, with format changes occurring pneumatically at the push of a button in seconds. This eliminates the need for manual component changes, and the reconfiguration is completed in under a minute – only the carton type in the magazine needs to be swapped out.

Another highlight is our use of Beckhoff's control and drive system. By integrating this new control solution, we expand our portfolio and enhance our flexibility to better meet your specific requirements.

Additionally, we offer a glimpse into our robotics expertise with a compact palletizing solution that features a collaborative robot – the Fanuc CRX-10iA/L.
