We presented at the INTERPACK in Düsseldorf an impressive packaging machine for the End-of-Line-Packaging. The super flexible packaging system is able to pack bread, sorted by pure type and placed in vertical or horizontal layers or sorted by mixed type placed in vertical layers. The changeover of the sizes or formats at the system is quick and easy.

The special feature of the machine is the process of various corrugated board blanks such as:

• Stackable trays
• 4-point trays
• Lid trays
• Fefco 0201 trays

The corrugated board blanks are removed from a magazine with the aid of a vacuum system and placed in a chain conveyor. In the next step, they are erected, filled, closed and labeled in various stations. Gluing of the trays takes place in a continuous process.

The product impresses not only by its remarkable performance but with its great quality. We use high-quality parts and selected components from well known producers for a reliable and powerful system for our customer.
